If you’re trying to make money online, you’ve probably asked that question many times. With blogging getting so popular, most internet marketer’s have.
Both blogs and websites have their pro’s and con’s.
In setting up a website, once you’re done, you’re done. Other than a little routine maintenance, there isn’t much involved other than driving traffic to the site.
However, with a blog, you need to be constantly updating, adding new content at least once a week, usually more often.
But, there is usually more knowledge needed to build a website than there is in building a blog. A blog can be set up by someone with absolutely no technical know-how. The same thing can’t be said about a website.
As an online marketer myself, there are really two reasons I chose to go with a blog platform rather than a website.
1. The search engines love blogs. Google is constantly updating itself to bring the most targeted and fresh results to their searchers.
Blogs that have good quality, new content on a regular basis is a dream for Google.
2. It’s easier to generate traffic with a blog. And the traffic is usually more targeted. Let me explain.
To get traffic to a website, you’ve got to be working at it constantly. Thinking up new ways and reasons to drive readers to the site.
With a blog, you have an RSS feed that can be automatically blasted all over the web each and every time you make any change to your blog.
So, to answer the question, in my opinion, a blog is the better choice for you if you’re selling online.

I’ll go for the website, but blog is good also because it has only one page or more. I’ll go for website because you can add different style and way to make traffic. I’m not saying that blog is not good, they’re the same but I prefer to website.
Sweet blog. I never know what I am going to come across next. I think you should do more posting as you have some pretty intelligent stuff to say.
I’ll be watching you .
Loved this read! Sometimes is hard to determine which route to go. You provided some great insight on both blog and website. I think that I would go with a blog because it’s free and you can also make money blogging, and you can drive traffic to your blog with a little work. Thanks again for the great article!!
